Don's Kueh Lapis is unique in more ways than one. Unlike other commercial Kueh Lapis, Don painstakingly steams and bakes his Kueh Lapis, taking more than 2 hours to produce a signature Kueh Lapis. His method of cooking allows for less oil to be used, yet maintaining a high level of moisture in the Kueh Lapis. Don's Kueh Lapis is available in 2 variations: Plain and Prune and 3 different sizes: Small, Medium, Large.
